Company Name: A leading Investment Banking firm

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi

Role:

- Support new business ideation, leads generation - independent delivery of pitch books, pitch presentations

- Primary responsibility towards developing and creating marketing documents viz. financial models, investor memorandums, teasers,

- Responsible for internal valuation view to be presented to clients

- Primary responsibility towards deal negotiations, term sheet discussions

- Responsible for project managing the diligence process

Candidate Skills:

- MBA/CA is a must

- Good academic record with strong analytical and deal execution skills.

- Sound financial knowledge including but not limited to financial statement analysis, valuations etc.

- Ability to work independently across multiple engagements

- Motivated and self- driven, with an ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas

- Strong modelling and presentation skills
