Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial Research ( Biggest Renewable Energy Group)

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest renewable energy group at Hyderabad.

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Financial Research Group based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. The role involves working with the New York-based asset management group that manages the renewable energy asset portfolio (wind and solar energy assets) across the United States.

Profile :

Primary responsibilities include:

- Providing timely and comprehensive reports to the team on portfolio performance and related parameters.

- Managing and owning the portfolio-wide processes, including (but not limited to) lease management, property taxes, and sales taxes.

- Managing and owning key regulatory filings for the portfolio with regulatory authorities like Energy Information Authority (EIA), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)

. - Maintaining and creating databases and aggregating asset-related information at both the project and portfolio levels.

- Interact with third parties including vendors, contractors, lenders, and investors to resolve project-specific issues.

- Assisting the Asset Management team in New York on ad-hoc requests, including (but not limited to) plant performance, site management, payments, and compliance.

- The job requires a high degree of commitment and interaction with the New York and Hyderabad-based teams as well as external parties. The ideal candidate should be a post-graduate with a track record of academic success, with 1-3 years of work experience. Previous experience in asset management in the renewable energy space is an added advantage. The candidate should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently with limited direction and guidance.
