Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial & Regulatory Reporting - Investment & Technology Development Firm

A global investment and technology development firm with a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia. Company's a major player in the world's capital markets.

Your Role:

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Financial and Regulatory Reporting team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Conducting account and performance analyses.

- Managing investor relations and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities in global capital markets.

- Leading change management processes and adapting to changes in our business.

- Driving technology projects, including reporting and analysis tools.

- Contributing to fund launches and closures, including complex fund structures and transactions.

- Staying up-to-date on developments in technical accounting standards.

- Preparing and reviewing accounting policy memorandums.

Looking For:

- A qualified CA (CPA is a plus) with 0-4 years of post qualification experience.

- Familiarity with IFRS and HKIFRS is an advantage.

- A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banking is a plus.
