Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Location: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

Years Of Experience : 4-8 Years

Reporting to : Lead Financial Planning and Analysis

You'll be a member of : Corporate Finance & Accounts

Roles and Responsibility:

- Anchor all financial models for the FP&A function across all SBUs for strategic long range planning (1y/2y/5y). This would involve some very complex models given our business scope across SBUs is wide.

- Build robust financial analysis tools for management decision making for all critical capital allocation projects. These tools/models would be widely used across management to be able to simulate decisions across multiple scenarios

- Build robust business valuation techniques to create visibility on key business metrics and its impact on valuations.

- Real time monitoring and controlling of forecasts vs actuals by creating a robust KPI based variance reporting structure.

- Actively partner with the Investor relation team for forecasts and models for special projects like due-diligence for fund raise, debt strategies etc.

- Drive digital transformation and data analytics for FP&A - creating financial dashboards for key business and financial metrics instilling a data driven financial decision behavior.

- Create robust sensitivity analysis models for simulating risk and opportunities in each of the KPIs to create a framework for early warnings and critical wins to delivery short and long term plans

- To continuously monitor the EV industry and identify key trends. Closely observe the competitive landscape and conduct regular competition analysis and Macro/Micro level.

- To benchmark key financial and operational KPIs from peers or other relevant companies

- Advanced Financial Modelling and Data Analytical Skills.

- Highly skilled and proficient in Excel, Macros & creating PowerPoint presentations.

- Must be able to build and maintain complex financial models

- Hands on experience on ERP environment (SAP added advantage) and business data platforms

- 6-8 years' experience in financial planning and analysis

- Independent thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education : Master's in Business Administration or Engineering degree from Tier 1/ 2 university with 5-7 years of relevant financial analysis & modeling experience.
