Analyst/Senior Analyst - Equity Research - Buy Side - BFSI

Role & Responsibilities :

- Developing a deep understanding of specific sectors/companies.

- Evaluating potential investment opportunities.

- Thorough financial statement analysis, preparing financial models, preparing valuation metrics, making detailed presentations to the team etc.

- Conducting on the ground scuttlebutt to gain differential insights.

- Regular monitoring of companies/sectors under coverage.

- Willingness to speak to clients for Portfolio Reviews

What profile and skills do we expect?

- Passion for equities and investing is most important.

- Strong academic qualifications - CA, CFA, MBA preferred but not an absolute must.

- Ability to read through annual reports and financial statements.

- Well versed with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
