Hiring for "Analyst/Senior Analyst - Asset Backed Securities (Commercial Real estate Sector Research)" for one of our prestigious client which is in to global investment & technology development firm across Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon locations.

Experience - 3 to 7 Yrs

Qual: MBA

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Skills - CRE(Commercial real estate)/Real estate Valuation

Responsibilities:

- Experience in the valuation of CRE properties and expertise in performing appraisals of commercial real estate holdings as well as portfolios.

- Working knowledge of structured finance asset classes and willingness to expand skill sets into new sectors and products.

- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively interact with trading desks and stakeholders.

- The ability to lead a project while working independently with limited direction and guidance and being a good team player.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in financial content, sector research in commercial real estate, data analysis, and transformation will be an added advantage.
