About GPF

The Bank's Prime Finance platform offers innovative financing and prime brokerage solutions to the largest and most sophisticated fund managers. The Bank's integrated prime brokerage business provides suite of post trade services including Custody, Reporting, Cash / Securities Lending and Client Service

Description of Desk

Prime Brokerage CSR (Rep) is the main point of contact for the bank's hedge fund clients. The rep is responsible for various account management related requests

Description of Service:

- Creating and developing strong relationships with key contacts at the client. Initiate client reviews and opportunities to demonstrate newly released products and services

- Understanding client accounts including trading strategies, operational and product needs

- Analyze and review major margin swings in the client portfolio and escalate them to Sales and Management

- Partner with the Sales, Trading, and Relationship Management teams, to ensure the Bank offers the highest level of service to our clients

- Train clients on new technology

- Escalate high priority client / business issues in a timely manner to protect the franchise and the client business

- Handle client requests in an efficient manner, ensuring reliable turnaround of any issues or requests, clear expectation management and focus on client satisfaction

- Take an active role in providing solutions to the client, using the Bank's tools and processes to give optimal service, efficiency and client satisfaction

- Heavy contact with other front-office and other support areas

- Provide solutions to various business and operational problems

Skills Profile

- Post-graduate degree in finance or engineering

- Knowledge about the hedge fund industry

- Strong analytical skills

- Organized thinker with good presentation skills

- Excellent communication
