Analyst - Restructuring & Credit Monitoring - BFS

Job Description :

- Restructuring portfolio administration: enter data in credit systems, periodic update of databases with external data, generation of internal credit and restructuring reports

- Assist with credit monitoring, e.g. pledge administration, investee compliance with restructuring terms, and provide data quality assurance services. Identify and maintain relevant legal documentation

- Follow up on invoices, overdues, reporting, and covenants, manual updates and reconciliation of investee exposures and repayment schedules where there may be irregular/unpredictable payments

- Assist with the valuation process & provisioning

- Perform light organisational tasks, including maintenance of common files, set-up of monitoring meetings and liaise with the global Credit Analysis team

Experience & Skills :

- Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics or MBA / CFA from a top institution.

- Knowledge of financial markets, banking and the analysis, accounting and reporting of financial data.

- Advanced excel and financial modelling skills would be preferred.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong work ethic;

- Eager to learn, detail oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Very good oral and written communication skills in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.

- Two to three years of experience in consulting or financial/investment Industry.

- Interest in impact investing.
