Analyst - Restructuring Business - BFS

We are looking for Analysts to join our team based in Mumbai or New Delhi immediately.

Responsibilities -

- Provide assistance to all other members of the team

- Use the case management system for all cases, react to diary prompts as appropriate

- Visit clients - premises/offices and liaise with client's employees, agents and solicitors as necessary

- Build and maintain relationships with other professionals

- Draft non-standard correspondence and statutory/bank reports

- Deal with all aspects of case administration in formal insolvency matters

- Drafting of information memoranda and liaising with interested parties in respect of the submission of a resolution plan

- Adhere to Duff and Phelps's systems, policy requirements and relevant Health & Safety policies

- Be willing to travel internally

- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Requirements:

- Up to 1 year's post-graduate experience

- Financial or commercial experience in audit, management accounting or similar preferred

- Bachelors/Masters degree in finance, economics or similar

- Strong academic track record
