Reflexis Workforce Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
Reflexis Expertise:
- Configure and manage all aspects of the Reflexis WFM system, including the labor model, drivers, attributes, budgets, forecasts, and plans.
- Maintain and update system configurations to reflect changes in business needs and workforce dynamics.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Reflexis features and functionalities.
Workforce Management Proficiency:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, and use insights to optimize scheduling decisions.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies that align with business objectives, labor costs, and employee preferences.
- Collaborate with department managers and business partners to understand staffing requirements and ensure accurate forecast creation.
- Monitor adherence to scheduling rules and regulations.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to equip managers and employees with the skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the Reflexis WFM system.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on system functionalities, processes, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure continuity within the team.
Problem-Solving and Analysis:
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve scheduling issues and system inefficiencies.
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of scheduling practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize resource allocation and enhance workforce productivity.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels, including managers, employees, and IT personnel.
- Effectively present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and decision-makers.
- Document processes and procedures in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience using the Reflexis Workforce Management tool.
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in training, documentation, and supporting production systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex scheduling issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus.
