About our Client - India's leading real estate private equity fund with over $1 billion in assets under management. The firm's institutional investors include sovereign wealth funds, global investment managers, insurance companies and pension plans.

Job Description - Contribute to all phases of the investment process including market research, deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, commercial and tax structuring, deal negotiations, documentation, investor reporting and portfolio company management. The candidate should thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment and would be expected to be proficient in financial modelling and preparation of investment memorandums and fund pitch books.

The Successful Candidate - The Successful Applicant will have the following:

- Bachelors degree from a top school

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity with experience in the real estate space

- Expert modelling and analytical capabilities

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated interest in real estate investing
