Analyst - Real Estate PE Fund

- Our client is a PE Fund focused on Real Estate and is looking for a junior candidate for their team in Mumbai.

Ideal candidate profile :

- An Engineer + MBA from a top B-school or a rank holding CA

- 2 to 4 years of post qualification experience in investment banking or with a PE fund with focus on Real Estate.

- Strong understanding of valuations and deal structuring

- Ability to handle, nurture and grow client relationships

- Strong exposure to Financial Modelling as well as credit writing and Deal Presentation
