As a part of the team you would contribute towards ensuring successful deployment of the Catalyst mandate. You would be involved in end-to-end deal execution, right from evaluation of opportunities to execution.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

Key Skills :

- Ability to evaluate investment opportunities including researching the asset classes,

- Building cashflow models to evaluate risk and return profile of the opportunity

- Working with other team members to form a view about Investment structuring and commercial aspects of the opportunity

- Preparation of an investment memo and presenting to investment committee

- Ability to interpret Financial Statements

Work Execution:

- Delivery of high quality work in a time bound fashion

- Respond to straightforward technical queries

- Prepare and document simple computer programmes and models to clearly defined requirements

Development:

- Maintain and develop knowledge of technical requirements of job together with the framework in which operates

- Seek and act on opportunities to develop wider and deeper technical and business understanding

- Communicate effectively with others, develop positive networks and working relationships

- Performance Management - follow and contribute to the recognised Performance Management process

Compliance : 

- Compliance - Ensure understanding and adherence to Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements

Competence / Knowledge / Skills

Mandatory:

- CFA candidate OR Chartered Accountants/ Cost Accountants with acumen in asset modelling OR

- Post-graduation/ MBA (Finance) or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute OR Any other quant based qualification such as actuarial with experience in asset modelling

Work Experience: 2 to 12 years

- Some technical understanding of various tools and techniques used eg: Excel, Visual Basic, Moses/Prophet coding and or other relevant Actuarial applications

- Good team player

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
