Product Manager - Analyst - Insurance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To ideate/benchmark/co-create/co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for new product (SME / Parametric & Misc Products) innovation/development
- To offer the relevant product to relevant channel & also provide easy to understand product related content, covering all key features of products, on the website. Monitor the product mix/channel mix/demographic mix
- Drive website and call center conversion rates, analyze & suggest ways for increasing penetration & retention, identify cohorts for upsell & cross-sell
- Identify areas of digital user experience improvement for the entire customer life cycle
- In-depth analysis of website traffic, quotes, conversion and sales data to gauge campaign effectiveness in targeted markets and tweak campaign strategy.
- Monitor portfolio construct & profitability and provide actionable to achieve targeted product profitability & business growth
- To analyze the reasons for variance with budget, publish periodic dashboards/performance metrics
Functional Skills:
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate / Advanced
- Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication
Candidate Requirement:
Work Exposure: Candidate should have an exposure of managing product and profitability.
