Responsibilities:
- Explore process optimization methods through automation or policy changes for improving zero ops scorecard
- Make customer journey processes more efficient resulting in better customer experience and reduced E2E TAT
- Identify improvement in end to end processes through removal of non-core activities, increase in efficiency through new builds and parametrization
- Drive the yearly budget and YOY reduction in total processing cost
- Work with credit, collection, product and policy teams to improve end to end process and portfolio quality
- Drive end to end innovation implementation from POC, designing to launch and adoption of the build
- Retrospective analysis of journey processes, analyze the data (Eg. rationalization of deviations and skewness of file flow at a particular level) and suggest measures to improve the quality of processes
- SOP creation & modification, identifying risks and taking proactive action
Improvement in zero ops scorecard, FTNR, TAT, portfolio quality; Improvement in productivity; Reduction in YOY processing costs; Adherence to budget targets
