Relevant working Exp.: 1-3 Yrs.

MBA- HR Full Time from Reputed College

Must be Currently Working with Tier 1 (CMMi Level 5) Industry Only.

People Advisor Analyst

Job Summary:

Need HR business partner preferably from BFSI domain

Should be handling minimum 350 employee size

Need exp in employee engagement activities,

Retention analysis

Performance achievement, Moderations

Should be willing to work from 11am to 12am

Need from tier 1 organizations only (NO HR generalists or Admin Profiles Required)

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in HR Business partner roles like Performance management, Grievance handling, Retention, Attrition analysis, Employee engagement Activities.
