Analyst - Operational Risk & Control - Bank

ROLE :

Our Client a leading Global Bank is looking for Analysts for its Operational Risk & Controls team at its offices in Mumbai.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Help design, develop, implement and maintain & improve the control environment

2. Prepare regular & adhoc management reports, and manage data, process flows & documentation

3. Conduct deep dive into the existing Governance structure

4. Interact with teams in the 3 lines of defence - trading, distribution, control forums, operational risk team and business managers - as well as senior management

5. Automate various tasks/reports using Excel and VBA

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Overall 3-5 years- experience with exposure to operational risk in a BFSI environment

2. Excellent in PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL

3. Excellent understanding of the financial products across business (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
