Analyst - Microfinance Business

Job Description & skill set required :

- Devise & Help Implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements towards availment of Funding & its utilization (which shall involve the Ability to conduct Cost/Benefit Analysis and Determining how the business operations will impact company's finances, and vice-versa, as to how the financing decisions will impact the business operations.

- Create tools or systems, including databases and spreadsheets, to improve financial data analysis and reporting.

- Provide recommendations for action by synthesizing financial information and trends for onward submission to Management.

- Ability to Use Modeling techniques and methods for carrying out the required Analyses.

- Assist in Planning & Monitoring the Fund Flow.

- Excellent Excel Skills are required.

- Candidates must have the understanding of Balance Sheets and the Financial Ratios.

- Liaise with Business Team, understand the business needs, Prepare Detailed and clear Business Requirements Document, with workflows, use cases, process diagrams and visual representations, as applicable.

- Support in Preparing and submitting the credit proposals to be submitted to various lenders, NBFCs/Banks (PSUs/Pvt/MNCs).

- Consultation of all stakeholders to define Solution implementation roadmap and tracking on daily basis. Regular Stakeholder communication and Status reporting

- Participate actively in Review Meetings with Business and other Stakeholders and act as a bridge between Business / Functions / Management.

Experience - 5 to 10 years from a reputed MFI Organization in a similar role.

Qualification - CA / MBA Finance from a reputed Tier I / Tier II College.
