Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore


Travel Percentage: Expected Travel could be anywhere between 50-100%

Principal Duties :

And Responsibilities:

Pricing professionals to provide functional and implementation support to large scale global pricing and CPQ implementation projects, design/develop pricing and profitability optimization strategies, reengineer pricing processes, improve profitability and arrest leakages by optimization pricing for products & services through advanced anlaytics

- Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ Tools - PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, AptTus, Callidus, SFDC CPQ

- Build a strong practice of pricing tool experts and practitioners

- Build robust pricing models using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to track key pricing KPIs, build leadership dashboards in visualization tools

- Work on assessing pricing processes in alignment with business imperatives and client's sales strategy through client data diagnostics and gap analysis

- Work on designing and implementing pricing waterfall, pricing strategy, pricing diagnostics, pricing catalog, contract pricing of services, leading to a positive impact on topline and bottom line for global B2B organizations

- Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best in class KPIs

- Work as an integral part of the client's sales organization, towards driving efficient and effective structure pricing and discounting approach.

- Work to facilitate the involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering /Analytics

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School (optional)

Experience:

Mandatory Requirements:

- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products/ Communications & High Tech/ Financial Services industry/ Resources

- Functional experience in Pricing of Services, products, parts and post sales services

- Deep functional and implementation experience on Pricing and CPQ Tools - PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, AptTus, Callidus, SFDC CPQ

- Strong experience of leading teams of project workstreams - minimum 2-3 years of experience as team leader

- Experience of delivering global B2B pricing transformation projects

- Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint and exposure to Visualization Tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Preferred:

- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project

- Strong program management/ people management skills

- Experience working with - C- level executives

- Global exposure

Key Competencies and Skills:

- Proven ability to lead project teams to a successful delivery

- Ability to network with pricing practitioners across the firm

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Experience in assessment, design, implementation, rollout and UAT support in Pricing and CPQ Tools - PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, AptTus, Callidus, CPQ

- A structured approach to Problem-solving

- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments

- Desire to work in an information systems environment
