Analyst - Loan Syndication & CAPEX Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Analyst to join our Loan Syndication & CAPEX Finance team.

This role will be integral in supporting the execution of loan syndication transactions and managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) financing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of debt markets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

Loan Syndication:

- Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, lender presentations, and other marketing materials.

- Conduct market research and analyze comparable transactions to support pricing and structuring decisions.

- Support the due diligence process and coordinate with lenders, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain and update loan syndication databases and track market trends.

- Assist in the loan closing process, including documentation and funding.

CAPEX Finance:

- Support the development of financial models for CAPEX projects, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses.

- Assist in the preparation of CAPEX budgets and forecasts.

- Analyze CAPEX spending and track variances against budget.

- Support the evaluation of financing options for CAPEX projects, including debt and equity financing.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

- Conduct financial analysis for credit risk assessments.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transaction.

- Assist in creating financial reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or loan syndication.

- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of loan syndication practices and CAPEX finance principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial databases (e.g, Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

- Knowledge of debt markets and financial instruments.

- Experience with credit analysis.
