Analyst - Knowledge Management - FMCG

Knowledge Management Analyst with an FMCG Giant(Hybrid)

- Support the KM Lead in designing, developing, and implementing appropriate KM processes in the areas of KM system design, maintenance, document management and business critical knowledge retention

- Proactively identify areas of continuous improvement through assessing the changing needs of the function.

- Be engaged in various KM projects / initiatives to be able to act as a back-up to the KM Lead

Be responsible for :

- Managing the end to end KM operations around Knowledge Capture and Document Management of Process Maps, Desktop Procedures, and various related documents like required system access roles, internal (Sox) control narratives etc.

- Performing quality checks on the content such as such as structure, tone, formatting, and consistency as needed and guide the users on the tags, taxonomy, KM processes, etc.

- Overseeing Knowledge Base (managing the technical KM tools and repositories)

- Supporting the collaboration with the transitions teams and ensuring all the documents created during the migration are handed over KM; maintaining the repository of all the KM transition content

- Continuously interacting with Capability teams and leads to provide support in Knowledge Management activities

- Driving KM change management, building a continuous knowledge sharing and learning culture, developing innovative ways to manage KM processes and drive efficiencies, contributing to building a shared understanding of knowledge management
