Hiring for a Leading Global Investment Company

Responsibilities :

- Completion of investor and auditor information requests regarding individual investor positions across five Pan-European Real Estate Private Equity Funds and three Co-Investment vehicles by interpreting data from the Funds consolidations (Excel) and other source documents in order to respond to financial and related queries from our investors;

- Managing the Team's online investor query tracker and ensuring that requests are responded to within the timeframe set by an investor. On average, the team receives c.40 individual investor requests for information on a quarterly basis, increasing to c.50 at the financial year end. Of these requests, around 50% are recurring templates and 50% are of an ad- hoc nature.

- Improve turnaround efficiency through automation of investor templates

- Audit support and quality control (verification of financial statements and associated reports)

- Ad hoc duties as required by the Finance and Investor Reporting teams, for example:

a. Project work

b. Process development

c. Record keeping of Investor documents.

d. Financial analysis

e. Cash flow modelling
