Role Objective:
The main responsibilities include analyzing Business & financial information, linking financial statements together for financial modelling, analyzing transactions, performing sensitivity analysis, creating investor presentations, analyzing target companies for merger and acquisition and doing ad hoc analysis to attract prospective investors through structure financing for business expansion and corporate development, along with industry research.
Job Description: -
- Building financial models and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
- Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in accessing risk.
- Ensuring accurate modelling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
- Recommending and Implementing a process for improvements to the budget and preparing forecasts for the company.
- Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
- Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.
- Updating financial models during earnings seasons and following corporate actions.
- Analyzing and identifying data requirements related to derivation rules and model tracking.
- Valuation of Companies and valuation of a security.
- Capital Structure Analysis.
- Comparable Company Analysis
- Prepare presentations, projections, variance reports for the business vertical, subsidiaries and at the group level.
- Forecast future earnings and performance of the company using various financial models.
- Use numerous forecast theories and valuations provided by financial modelling through financial models to recreate business operations and attract potential investors.
- Create and update a summary of the company's expenses and earnings in the form of a spreadsheet that can be used to calculate the impact of a future event or decision.
- Analyze the target company for M & A activity.

Qualification, experience and skillset:
- MBA from Tier 1 college in Accounts/Finance/Investment Banking specialization
- Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience using MS Excel & PPT
- Knowledge about Finance & Valuation
- Problem-solving ability
- Time Management
- Decision-Making Ability
- Organized and takes the initiative and interest to learn, research and explore better ways to work smart and be efficient.
