Analyst - Investment Banking - M&A

- AVP/VP - Investment Banking Division (Equity & M&A) focus on Healthcare, TMT and Infra Sector.

- We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute M&A transactions, equity financing, and strategic investments in the particular sectors

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate clients.

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.

- Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution.

- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a strong focus on particular sector

- Proven track record of successfully closing deals in the sector.

- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
