Analyst - Investment Banking

We are looking to hire an analyst for India Investment Banking team for a MNC IB client in Mumbai. Client is an international investment bank with global foot print across Americas, Europe and Asia.

Job Description:

- This is a typical role of an analyst at an Investment Bank. Job would include creating profiles, data collection, market analysis, industry pages, assisting in pitch books, running screeners, building/maintaining comps, advanced excel work including building of financial models and assisting on transactions.

- Will require working across M&A business line.

- Prior M&A execution experience is mandatory (>2 years).

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail, solid Power Point and Excel skills, detailed understanding of financial statements and strong work ethics

Qualifications:

- MBAs from premier schools, CAs with experience in Investment Banking, Undergraduates with experience in Investment Banking

Note:

1. This will initially be a tenured role (Duration: Up to 2 years). However, depending on the candidates' performance and business requirements, options could be explored at later stage.
