Human Resources Analyst
Our client is a Startup based at Bangalore. We are looking for a smart and dynamic HR professional to be part of the growing Team. Ideally, someone with a experience bracket of 6 months to 2 years. The Job responsibilities would include the following :
1] Manage HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc
a] Understand the hiring needs and then devise the best strategies to hire through various channels [References OR Social Media OR Recruitment Partners]
b] Manage Talent, Devise Retention Strategies and participate actively in the engagement initiatives
2] Understanding Business needs for the growth of the organisation. Align HR Strategy according
3] Implement HR policies and processes
4] Undertake market assessment and develop benchmarks for various kinds of hiring needs of the organisation
5] Develop cogent Presentations for Senior Management on the HR Strategy of the organisation
6] Work with other Team Members / Peers seamlessly. Be open to imbibe the best practices from others as well as be able to suggest improvement in the HR processes of the organisation
7] Support the development of the organisation's HR Brand such that talent gets attracted towards the organisation
