Analyst - Human Capital Consulting

- People Pulse offers customized advisory services Labour Laws & Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Training & Development and Research & Specialised Support. People Pulse advises and implements the strategic human resource functions in the organisation and handhold the organisation to adapt to the new methods, systems and processes.

- People Pulse is inviting applications from suitable candidates with work experience of 0-3 years in working with medium sized organisation. The candidate should have exposure in the areas of human resource policy manuals, recruitment process, compensation design and administration, performance management system.

- Ideal candidate should be MHRM / MBA (with HR). Freshers are also welcome, but with strong aspiration to learn in multicultural environments.

- We will look for excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentations) with good command over English and Tamil. This is a client facing role and candidate may be expected to work at the client premises with instructions from the senior consultants and client management. The candidate should be based in Chennai and will be on probation for a minimum period of six months.
