Human Capital Analytics - Only female candidates
Key Responsibility :
- Develop analytical / statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.
- Hands on experience in Advanced Python coding is a must.
- Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of employee metrics.
- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, forecasting techniques and so on
- Partner with IT to implement models and tests
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
Must Have :
- 6 months -2 years in quantitative analysis experience, including building statistical models.
- MSc (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
- Experience in Python analytics and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/ Power BI)
- Experience in Machine Learning models and Text Mining
- Excellent communication skills
Good to Have :
- PySpark/PyTorch coding and Html 5 skills are a bonus
- Deep Learning knowledge would be a bonus
- GCP/AWS/Azure Certification would be a bonus
