Advanced Data Management:
- Create and manage datasets from various sources including PIS, ATS, surveys, and external databases.
- Perform advanced analyses using statistical techniques and tools to derive insights.
Statistical Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize regression analysis, factor analysis, and forecasting to solve business problems.
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
Building Dashboards:
- Develop in-depth dashboards to facilitate meaningful conversations with business leaders and support organizational goals.
Engagement Survey Analysis:
- Analyze engagement survey data to assess employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
- Provide insights at a functional level to guide strategic initiatives.
Decision Making and Problem Solving:
- Gather extensive data, conduct research, and present recommended solutions.
- Use predictive analysis to forecast trends and outcomes.
Strategic Analysis and Recommendations:
- Identify complex people issues, perform statistical analyses, and make recommendations to address them effectively.
Research and Data Synthesis:
- Employ quantitative and qualitative methods to gather, analyze, and interpret data across multiple sources, aligning it with business initiatives.
Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with internal COEs and the People Analytics team to ensure quality and smooth flow in daily tasks, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Compensation Team on designing and executing compensation plans.
