Analyst - HR Analytics - Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Bangalore

Position: Analyst- HR Analytics

Experience- 2-4 yrs in HR Analytics

Worked on Analytical tools like R, SAS, AIMMS, Crystal Ball, Alteryx, SQL ETL, VBA

Role & Responsibilities :

- Provide analytical support to the People Management team in people metrics & reporting

- Use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the People Management team to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.

- Communicate findings to stakeholders through formal presentations, as well as support standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.

- Partner with the People Management team incl. HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, Decision Support to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, workforce planning support, to analysis and recommendations
