- Manage Inspirational Leadership Assessments for internal use including: developing timelines, launching surveys, tracking response rates and generating reports
- Execute analysis for various Talent Management initiatives including: developing approach, gathering and preparing data from various sources, analyzing data, synthesizing and presenting results
- Develop zero-defect PowerPoint presentations that creatively illustrate and effectively communicate findings on Talent Management metrics, trends and variances
- Identify information sources and demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses and surveys
- Communicate with senior management and the team, suggesting innovative methodologies and creative approaches to analysis and surveys
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
- Minimum of three years of experience in a business environment preferred
- Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams
- Strong analytic and critical thinking capabilities
Demonstrated ability to use data to generate insights
Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps
- Advanced Excel skills required ; Working knowledge of survey tools (like Qualtics) highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong process skills of follow up and follow through
- Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
