Analyst - Futures Product Management

Analyst, Futures Product Management, Mumbai.

Main Function

Futures Product Management is a global team that will work to develop and execute the strategic clearing agenda with a focus on new clearing capabilities, margining paradigms, execution capabilities /controls as well as enhancing the client facing portal and fulfilling the many new regulatory requirements impacting clearing. Additionally, the team will be responsible for business enhancing and efficiency gain opportunities.

The individual will work with other team members in providing key day to day and analytical support in BAU items related to Reporting, MIS Analysis, Commissions and Fees and Error handling in front to back business flow. The role will also involve business analysis and project management, where candidate will have to liaison with Operations, Solutions and Technology to ensure a zero issues delivery within specified timeframe. Subsequently, Candidates will engage with various aspects of product management within Prime Services. This will involve a understanding client requirements, creating product definitions and Requirements, and working on the product build out. In addition, the profile will also need work related to Market Research and help on Pre-Sales business lines.

Main Duties

- Take lead on assigned projects related to the Futures business and ensure end to end Implementation.

- Product Development – actively participate in global initiatives taken by the Futures.

- Product team in continuing to improve the service offering.

- Co-ordinate with multiple groups (Operations, Solutions, Technology) to deliver Projects/tasks within deadlines.

- Perform investigative analysis and work with various functional groups to remediate issues.

- Proactively provide inputs and suggestions to improve processes.

- Work with regional futures product teams on a day to day basis.

- Responsible for streamlining existing processes done manually.

- Ensure cross training and knowledge transfer within the team.

- Assist with adhoc tasks when required.
