Role: Analyst

Function: Finance

Role Objective

To manage fixed assets, assists in projects, reporting for financial accounting team through consistent processes and systems and to lead, motivate and develop the team of finance executive (s) team to deliver against business objectives.

Professional Qualification - Chartered Accountant (C.A.)

Experience:Minimum 1-2 years in accounting or financial services

Primary Responsibilities

- To ensure correct and timely fixed assets, asset sales and depreciation accounting for the Company, and ensure proper documentation is maintained

- To compute depreciation as per Income tax Act

- Monitor and track signed and actual Capex spends and highlight any deviations

- To assist in capital projects, review PO’s, contracts and process payments and establish a control over the actual spends and highlight deviations against budget, if any;

- Negotiate and select vendors for projects;

- Co-ordinate with the entire finance team at the time of year end audit;

- To assist in timely and accurate month end book closure

- To assist in preparation of Annual Accounts as per Indian GAAP including notes to accounts

- To maintain the books of accounts and verify correctness of entries

- Conduct performance appraisal for the finance executive (s) and provide timely feedback; and

- Assist and mentor executives in order to ensure that business objectives are met.

- Has supervisory or people management responsibility, with a particular emphasis on maximising the performance of those that work for them. Is responsible for an element of business unit performance e.g. sales targets, customer service levels. Champions TCF among team ensuring it is built into all relevant objectives.
