About the Position :

Role : Financial Planning Analyst

Location : Gurgaon

Role : Individual Contributor

Report to : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Working Days : 5 days (WFO)

Responsibilities :

- Analyse business financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets and plans.

- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess various business strategies and initiatives.

- Prepare presentations and reports for CXOs, investors, and the board, providing comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Engage independently with CXOs, investors, and board members to discuss financial strategies and performance.

Job Requirements :

Education Background : Candidates must have graduated from either IITs or IIMs.

- Preferred Skills and Experience: 2 to 5 years.

- Strong proficiency in business financial analysis and reporting.

- Previous experience working in mid-sized organizations is preferred.

- Ability to work autonomously in an individual contributor role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
