FP&A Analyst

Job Description:

The individual is expected to work with the vertical Finance Head & assist the management on strategic and tactical matters related to cost-benefit analysis, cash flow management, MIS reporting, budget management and control, forecasting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and analysis of various MIS (monthly/ quarterly/ annual) reports and Presentation of forecast model with analysis to top level management.

- Support Preparation of the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the stakeholders.

- Prepare variance analysis monthly and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate.

- Preparation of business plans, rolling forecasts, Monthly project wise and company wise MIS reporting and variance analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate financial projections.

Candidate Requirement:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance having 3+ years of experience in Finance.

- Worked with IT Services sector.

- Possess analytical skills to perform annual Financial Budgeting, Periodic Forecasting & Project Evaluation for the organization.

- Excellent MS Excel, power point skills

- Candidates from IT Industry will be preferred.
