FP&A Analyst

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant work experience and a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our investment decision-making process, optimizing portfolio performance, and ensuring financial compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities, perform scenario analysis, and evaluate potential returns.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management and portfolio companies to create and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Power BI Expertise: Leverage Power BI and other data visualization tools to create insightful and actionable reports and dashboards for senior management and investors.

- UGAAP Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (UGAAP) to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfolio companies, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Investment Valuation: Conduct valuation analyses using various methods, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis, to assess potential investments.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with investments and recommend strategies to mitigate them.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, legal, and accounting teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions

- Candidate must be comfortable working in EST time zone
