Job Description :

1. He/she actively participates in tracking the Group & managerial KPI & , following prescribed guidelines and principles and ensures that uniform practices are adhered to by the key business units/segments.

2. Data checking and validation of the financial and non-financial information submitted by the assigned reporting units

3. Extraction and summarization of financial results of assigned segment / business unit from data reporting cubes

4. Analysis of financial and non-financial information of the assigned units / segment

5. To identify and understand main business drivers, review actual performance and quarterly forecasts and analyze variances

6. Assisting in the annual group budget & Strategy related work

7. Financial modeling and analysis of cash flows

8. Act as coordinator for various activities with segments allocated and organize calls as necessary with assigned units/segments

9. Support quarterly earnings release process

10. Understand costing (fixed, variable)

11. To assist in developing, updating, and using various central business models (working capital, price cost squeeze, forecasting, scenario planning etc.)

12. Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks / projects as may be assigned from time to time
