Job Purpose :

- A passionate Research Analyst who will be responsible for executing research of a designated sector. Should create and maintain databases using data from different sources.


- Carry out sector analysis and come up with investment themes /ideas proactively on regular basis.


- In addition, he/she should be skilled in portfolio management and possess strong communication skills.

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions :

Analyzing :


- To come up with stock idea in the Indian "ITeS and New Age Technology Sector", "BFSI"backed by in-depth data and fundamental research and management interaction. Should be well-versed with Capitaline and a proficient user of Bloomberg and MS Excel/PowerPoint.

- Maintain financial, quantitative and qualitative, market related data for all the relevant stocks/companies in the "ITeS and New Age Technology Sector" and "BFSI"

Communication skills :


- Presenting stock/investment ideas to the fund management team. That includes effectively communicating the research, assumption and factors considered for valuations.

- To contribute to various research products/services which require team efforts like strategic investment report, morning report, morning sales note, concall, weekly report.

- Further, he should effectively communicate stock idea and review portfolio of clients on both written and verbal basis.

Assistance In Portfolio Management Activities : To participate in creating and managing the portfolio of clients in order to create the best risk-reward matrix within the client's requirement framework.
