Responsibilities:

- Preparing Pitch Books

- Preparation of roadshow presentations

- Deal valuation; comparable peer positioning, deal structures, access and understanding to investors (across foreign funds, Mutual funds, financial. Sponsors, family offices, Key HNIs, etc.)

- Responding to queries and observations raised by SEBI and other regulators

- Coordinating for the roadshow meetings

- Handling marketing & distribution activities for the transaction

- Skill criteria : Understanding of capital market products, understanding of valuation and financial models
