Profile: Paid Social Analyst
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Permanently remote, India
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be highly motivated, analytical and intellectually curious to help drive our client business forward.
- The individual is accountable for all aspects of Facebook, Linkedin.
- Hands-on experience on paid social management platforms like Smartly.io, HootSuite, Sprout Social.
- The candidate will be expected to write ad copies, creating strategies, performance monitoring and optimise campaigns towards achieving the defined campaign objectives.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of web tracking tools like Google analytic.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Facebook + Instagram ads.
- 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn ads.
Roles:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, internal departments, and third-party providers for all paid social campaign needs
- Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Social campaigns, including developing roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis
- Social ad copies writing, message A/B testing and sharing campaign insights with creative team
- Planning, execution, optimisation and scaling of brand awareness, Lead gen, shopping and App install campaigns across all major social platforms
- Actively test and analyze ad message, audiences and landing pages to deliver incremental volume
- Analysing historical performance data to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI/ROAS
- Proactively seek to share unique knowledge specialisms and insights across the paid social team
- Periodical audit paid social campaigns landing pages and bounce rates towards conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Collaborate with internal team on cross-channel campaign to optimum utilisation of digital landscape
- Think strategically beyond the social platforms to increase the revenue and explore the marketplaces and inventories like Amazon Ads
- Handles client escalation and adhere to QA and SLA standards for paid social fulfilment
- Keep on top of industry changes, updates and paid social trends to quickly influence strategic levers for optimal targeting
- Provide detailed weekly/monthly and PCR reports with written insights and performance improvement plans"
- Working on report automation data aggregator tools like Google Data Studio & super metrics
- Fair understanding of Organic Social Management (SMO)
- Should able to implement the conversion, remarking and event tags through GTM
- Working knowledge of search and YouTube ads
- Basic understanding of Video and Image editor to make small changes in messages
- Hands-on at Amazon Ads
- DCM Tags and 3rd-party tracking tags generation
- Fair understanding of Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs
