Position Goals:

Responsible for developing, executing reporting and evaluating strategies for the effective use of internal digital marketing assets focused on generating and closing sales leads, supports line of business campaigns, drives engagement with key features and benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic recommendations and support for email and all internal digital marketing channels.

2. Responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing initiatives across all internally owned digital channels.

3. Collaborate with the line of business marketing managers to recommend best use opportunities and reports the results to Director, Marketing.

4. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple changes and customer touch points.

Position Requirements :

- Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study.

- Experience - Over three (3) years of experience in digital marketing.

- Other - Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).

Preferred Requirements : Master's degree in Marketing or related field of study
