Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst


Locations: Delhi, Noida, Mohali, Bangalore, Ahmedabad


Job Summary:


- We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and analytical, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.


- Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO audits.


- Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.


- Monitor, track, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).


- Manage content marketing strategies, including blogging, social media content, and email marketing.


- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.


- Work with the design and development teams to optimize UX/UI for better engagement and lead generation.


- Develop and track KPIs for digital marketing performance, preparing regular reports and insights.


- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.


- Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies for lead nurturing and customer engagement.


Required Skill Set:


- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.


- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.


- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.


- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.


- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.


- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.


- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.


- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization for SEO and page speed.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing Analytics.


- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.


- Understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
