Analyst - Debt Syndication - CA

- To support the Debt syndication team in execution of mandates by preparing various documents required for execution such as Project report, Financial Model etc.

- Liasioning with clients and lenders to channelize the information

- Filling of required Banks/lenders formats for the processing of loan proposals

- Should have good Understanding of the financial statements

- Should have good Business sense over the numbers

- Should Have Command over Excel, Ms-Office Word, Power-point

- Should be Able to work as a Team player

- Should be Hard work / Perseverance

- Orientation towards excellence

- Should have Effective Communication skills
