Roles & Responsibilities :

This position will be part of a global team driving the People Analytics function. This individual will play a leadership role in developing and managing a surveys as scale solution among other things. Key responsibilities include :

- Lead a team let which will develop and manage a surveys at scale solution that will be used by numerous stakeholders across the firm for all of the client's internal survey needs

- Own end to end priorities from survey platform infrastructure build to leading execution of analyses and codifying and communicating insights through visualizations. This will include :

a. Manage all data collection, codification and reporting visualizations

b. Own end to end analysis and process: identifying desired output, collaborating with customers to determine approach, managing the execution of zero-defect analysis and driving methodology and insights

c. Scale and automate reporting; proactively identify ways to improve data integrity

- Lead the coordination and execution of Human Capital data gathering and assist with defining the goal or outcome of analysis projects

- Execute zero-defect analysis of Human Capital data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances for senior leadership (Talent leadership, GPA leadership)

- Simplify and automate reporting dashboards; build solutions to have maximum scale and self serviceability by users, wherever required

- Support reporting using automation and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

- Communicate with senior management, suggesting ways to complete value-added analyses, crafting insightful storyline and recommending actionable next steps based on data

- Guide and advise customers including providing training and technical assistance to them

- Build collaborative relationships with IT, data providers and customers in local offices

- Work collaboratively as member of the Global People Analytics, Talent and Technology teams

- Train and develop new and junior team members; actively QC and manage work of junior team members as needed.

- Display exceptional follow through and punctuality of deliverables on all workstreams

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate

What are we looking at?

- Years of experience: 4 to 6 years AFTER GRADUATION (Any Bachelors)

OR

- 3.5 to 5.2 years AFTER POST-GRADUATION (Any Masters)

- Strong analytic capabilities, previous experience and knowledge of employee engagement and internal surveys strongly preferred

- Strong familiarity with Excel (for example Macros, Arrays, models and Pivot Tables) and proficiency in PowerPoint required

- Advanced knowledge of dashboarding tools like Tableau. Familiarity with Power BI as well as with statistical analysis tools such as Python, Alteryx and SPSS is good to have.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Commitment to continuous improvement and demonstrated ability to learn new tools/processes etc.

- Ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various global teams

- Flexible schedule to attend evening calls with global team, as needed
