Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops foundation capabilities enabling enhanced analytics and measurement, critical to shaping integrated marketing strategies and providing inferences to the business.
The incumbent will be part of the Predictive Analytics, Digital Analytics, Data Sciences, Advanced Visualization, Insights & Experimentation team and will report to the Senior Manager. He/she will be an individual contributor working on multiple data sciences, advanced visualization and data management initiatives across multiple companies and industries leveraging traditional and big data.
Job Responsibilities :
- Developing interferences and insights around customer behaviour and profitable growth scenarios.
- Design and develop marketing strategies across customer life cycle from acquisition to attrition management.
- Monitor portfolio profitability and other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with the business objectives for profitability growth.
- Develop CRM strategies and monitor performance of strategies/campaigns and align with business objectives.
- Develop and design strategies across product management, customer life stage, product offering and pricing
Requirements/Skill sets :
Must-have technical skills :
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
- Experience in statistical programming tool such as R/SAS etc.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategy tools like logistics, clustering and segmentation.
Must-have soft skills :
- Problem Solving and lateral thinking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability of depicting the results of a statistical analysis
