The company get close to 2 lac visitors every month on web and have a reach in millions on their social media assets. The company has seen significant organic growth last year, with an average of 50 percent mum growth on the website visits. They have launched a first-of-its-kind parenting Chatbots in India, which provides automated content discovery to the users.
Location: East Kailash, New Delhi
As a Data Research Analyst, you will be using Web and Digital Analytics to create and enhance the company's marketing functions.
What you will do:
- Working on Global Analytics to gather data and manage it in the data warehouse
- Identifying gaps in the data and infrastructure required to generate analysis, and recommending strategies to bridge these gaps
- Designing an analytical approach to open-ended strategic business problems
- Ensuring data quality in digital analytics data collection methods and analysis methods using standard web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or R
- Providing consulting and advising clients or senior stakeholders on analysis outcomes
- Knowing your field: practicing using the cutting edge tech and other right tools for the job
- Ensuring the content marketing teams get their reports with all analysis so they can work on their actionables
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computers, statistics, mathematics or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a similar industry (internet, parenting apps)
- Expert in data analysis using Python, Pandas, R, SQL
- Exposure to digital analytics Google Analytics
- Experience with a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), including heat mapping, session- replays, surveys ( ClickTale, Crazy Egg, Sessioncam, VWO)
- Experience with Google Cloud APIs, AWS / Azure
