Analyst - Data Analytics

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.

- Develop and deliver compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e. , Marketing, Sales, Finance) to gather data from various sources and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Build and maintain complex models for financial forecasting, operational planning, and risk assessment.

- Leverage your understanding of statistical methods to interpret data, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights to drive business growth.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Partner with IT teams to design and implement data collection tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and research to maintain a competitive edge.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to address specific business needs as they arise.

- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management and reporting processes, ensuring data accessibility and efficiency.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards for enhanced decision support.

- Participate actively in the testing and implementation of new data management technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

- Graduation or postgraduation in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization techniques.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools (e. , Python, R is a plus).

- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex data challenges.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations with clarity.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is beneficial.

- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools to maintain expertise.

- Experience in the healthcare, financial, or technology industry (desirable).
