CREDIT RISK ANALYST

Experience : 1 to 3 Years ( Minimum 6 Months Experience in Credit Risk Analysis )

What you'll be doing :

- As part of Risk Analytics team you will have the opportunity to work on important initiatives from start to finish with a variety of teams.

Some of your key responsibilities will be :

- Own and build credit risk decision strategies for unsecured lending with a unique value proposition

- Understand product offerings and help the team in Risk and Underwriting strategies implementation

- Collaboration on Credit model development that meet top standards of ML, evaluation and cost benefit analysis of new data sources

- Must be able to quickly establish connect and credibility while working on behalf of the Risk organization and support Risk Analytics related requests across all aspects of product life cycle.

What you should have:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an analytics driven environment

- Hands on Exposure to statistical concepts, SQL, R, Python and analytical approaches

- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings and propose solutions that address expressed needs

- Knowledge of scorecards, strategies and credit risk management principles preferably unsecured loans would be good to have

- Strong skills as a facilitator, an analyst, and problem solver
