Key specific accountabilities.
Produce Client Strategy / Trading Strategy reports for Desk Heads and Senior Management
Create Account Plans / Game Plans for Key clients across Sales and Trading desk
Provide Competitor Analysis landscapes (Coalition & Greenwich) for Senior Management meetings
Develop dashboards and various MIS reports analyzing volume, Revenue, Risk, Productivity and Sectors etc..
Automate current reports and develop new reports in Analytical tools like Qlikview, Spot fire, (BO) Business Objects, Pro clarity etc..
Analyze Business Performance matrix for business/desk reviews
Create Client Briefs and marketing material for client meetings
Provide desk with ad-hoc analysis on client flows like buy/sell ratios, client buying patterns, desk coverage, sales interactions etc.
Stakeholder management and leadership.
The candidate would have to interact with counterparts in New York, London and APAC. The candidate need to closely work with COO, Sales Head and Trading head to understand their requirements and deliver as per their expectation with minimum iterations. The candidate is expected to come up with innovative ideas and business solutions, to deliver accurate final output in optimal way.
Decision making and problem solving.
The candidate will have to be proactive in identifying issues and getting them resolved by aliasing with various stakeholders
The candidate needs to work on several time sensitive activities and hence is required to be meticulous and efficient
Risk and Control: All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
Your Skills and Qualifications will include
Advance knowledge of Credit Business, their risk factors, Performance matrix and valuation
Good excel knowledge including VBA. Programming skills are an added benefit
Excellent communication skills (oral/written) as the candidate would have to work with Onshore teams globally. They would have to speak to the COO, sales Head and Trading Head across globe
Strong Analytical Skills
Aptitude for self learning - Should be able to demonstrate a self starting attitude
Proactive in nature. Should be able to take decisions and support those.

Flexible to work long hours
