Designation: Analyst/Corporate Ratings

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: MBA( Tier 1/2 college) either fresher or 0.6 months exp.

Job Description:

- Analyzing financial statements, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of the company. Managing a portfolio of clients and handling rating assignments under the supervision of Team leader.

- Preparing rating reports by including profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis like proficiency, turnover & solvency, financial projection/modelling, operational & industry analysis. Presenting reports to rating committee and writing publication ready rationales

- Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the businesses.

- Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation.

- Keeping a track on the performance of the industries associated with the portfolio.

- Maintaining relationship with the client portfolio and monitoring company performance.

- Assist others analysts in areas related to credit evaluation and monitoring.

- Benchmarking the companies against other industry peers using scoring models.

- Monitor a portfolio of rated entities, undertaking timely reviews/rating actions and maintaining client Relationships during the rating life-cycle
